We completely renovated this house, both inside and out. It was in a state of complete destruction and required a complete makeover. The entire house was reconstructed, with an additional section added and the second floor expanded to maximize square feet throughout the entire home. The kitchen was beautifully redesigned, allowing for an open concept layout and improved flow of functional space. Furthermore, we opened up unused areas in the living room and dining room, creating ample room for entertaining and family time, while also providing everyone with enough space to relax. Despite the limited outdoor space in this urban setting, we intentionally allocated an area for the children to play and run around. Additionally, we created a small outdoor space for the parents to unwind after a long day, complete with a firepit and chairs. All the windows in the house were replaced, and the electrical and plumbing systems were brought up to code. Moreover, we installed central AC and a brand new heating unit. This house now serves as a fully functional and beautiful dream home for its new owners.
